There are clean complex lifted aromas of pear with citrus and floral notes, while the colour is very pale straw and bright. The palate shows a complex balance of pear, apple and citrus fruits with a clean crisp acidity and a tight finish. Enjoy now serve well chilled. Stephen Read

Pale straw in the glass , flavours of nashy pear and granny smith apple on the nose. A very dry style of pinot gris, the citrus, orange peel and white peach characters offer a solid backbone to a wine crying out for a seafood marriage. Pan fried white fish or fresh ocean prawns would go down a treat. Enough acidity to even cut through oily cuts like Atlantic Salmon. Leo Daly
