Made from the traditional three Champagne grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, a wine that is true to style. The colour is clear pale straw with a persistent bead. There are lifted aromas of stone fruit, apple and citrus with a subtle bready note. The palate has a creamy mouthfeel with layers of fruit and complexity, balanced by good acid and a long lingering finish. Stephen Read

Pale straw in colour, the nose is yeasty with citrus dominating. Three traditional varieties combine here to deliver a classy example of ‘méthode champenoise’ from Coonawarra. With extra time ‘on lees’, a beautiful mouth feel is evident, some citrus flavours ensure a lengthy finish that is also complex. Thoroughly delightful. Leo Daly
